I don't suppose you'd consider upping that little playlist for me. I can't seem to find these in physical media (I'd rather not buy the EMI re-release thing) (but I will if I have to) I'd rather not buy them in digital form but I don't have these and I should have them I think.. I haven't even heard most of them
..or is this an unethical request if so please ignore.
all is not as it seems
this is as it should be

1. Cuttooth
2. Worrywort
3. Fog
4. Fast Track
5. The Amazing Sounds of Orgy
6. Trans-Atlantic Drawl
7. Kinetic
8. Life in a Glass House (Full Length)
When I first entered this thread I thought it was gonna be a poll asking what's the best thing to take before putting on this album.
I am a professional blogger I think I'll stop posting when I've hit the post count that is my birth year. Five more posts for me... Gotta use them well.

I actually had the bsides arranged in this order before finding out about the college ep... so this must be the best way to listen to em.

edit: oh and transatlantic drawl.
I'm guessing they're not on any albums because they're too fucking scary.

definitely. it's sorta the third album from that era and each one is spookier than the last until you get to the stuff that's just way out there. even the 'bright' songs like cuttooth, worrywort and fog are lost in bizarre production.

in turn I never understood why Thom thought the Fog's studio version was bad. it's such a fine song.
oh, and Orgy is simply tremendous. bloody good.

I love the song fro its ending and because for me worry wort has a peak, like a climax. it's 2 seconds of this background synth that just sneaks in to the song and it's hardly noticeable but it makes the song for me. it's at 3:44 and hopefully you can appreciate the song cuz of it.

Badman, thank you for your guidance. I guess I didn't pay the right attention to that tiny wonder at 3:44 before... it's so subtle.
hmm, there's this 'suspention' in the song (2:22-32) which is great, you kind of wait for something unexpected to happen, but then the vocals and melody line come back to the same point where they were paused (shiftng much later) - and that's what mainly dissapoints me, the suspens not resulting with action - let me put it this way.
but nevertheless I look at the song differently now.

i've messed around with the order but as a body of work it seems to work in almost any combination.
