I love the song "Climbing up the walls" it creeps me out a little. I think its about one of the patients at the mental hospital Thom used to work at.

I really into mental health (especially schitzophrenia, my best friend from high school was diagnosed a year ago) so I'm wondering, what songs can you think of refrence mental health.

Thanks!

Surely "A Wolf at the Door" is (could be interpreted to be) about schizophrenia as well, right? Also, No Surprises.

aside from climbing up the walls, i cant see any other radiohead song as specifically being about any particular mental illness. im not saying none of them possibly are, its just thom's lyrics are somewhat subjective to the listener, which is one of my favorite things about radiohead. you can sort of choose your own interpretation of alot of their songs, especially ones that are taken out of context of an album.

also, i originally heard that climbing up the walls was about suicide.
Thom was on MT and no one fucking asked him why he spelled his name with a H!?!

So the mystery continues....
