New album to be called Tehrangeles?

I doubt the legitimacy of this but a post went up on Tiny Mix Tapes saying they supposedly received a cryptic email from WASTE and when "the code was broken" it gave them the title of the new album (Tehrangeles) and the track list that's shown on the site. The tracks seem a bit odd given some of those were debuted by Thom solo. And others seem tad hopeful (Man o War, Burn The Witch), but I suppose there is always the possibility that this is true. What does everyone think?
Edit: I just looked at the so-called "cryptic email" and it's written in binary no less.

i dunno. i hope not. not that i wouldn't be happy if it were true and we were getting the album that soon, but i just really really hope it's not called 'tehrangeles'.

there's nothing particularly bad about 'in rainbows'. it hardly means anything. 'tehrangeles' is what muse should've named their last album.
Agreed, that name certainly doesn't sound RH like. A bit blatant if you ask me.

i can't see how tehrangeles is going to have any more meaning with regard to the music than in rainbows. at least it isn't as lame

i dont really get what you mean by 'in regards to the music'. which of their album titles describes what the music sounds like? 'tehrangeles' just puts the whole thing in a box right from the start. oh this is gonna be some profound statement on politics, or america, or fucking whatever. at least in rainbows spawned a slew of hilarious phony album covers.
