Kirk Fogg 10
also turn on the bright lights should have been top 10 let's be honest

shadow link 10
I like it overall just wish they would release a printable list, i.e a text only list so I can really have a good look at the whole thing. Radiohead actually performed identical to the 2000-2004 list, except now In rainbows replaces amnesiac at 21 and amnesiac slips to 34 compared to where hail to the thief landed at 39. This time hail to the thief was a victim of the 3 album per band cap. Yeah kind of surprised turn on the bright lights was so low, I thought that album really held up over the years, and they put the national's aligator higher than boxer, really? Plus chutes too narrow is really low. Edited October 2, 2009 by shadow link
riffraff 10
they put the national's aligator higher than boxer, really? not that i agree, but alligator>boxer is a bit of a consensus
biggie p 27
pretty cool that IR is 21, but really it's better than Kid A still Kid A is probably the only album they've given a 10 to in the last ten years so i guess they had to pick it
box 6
I agree about Kid A, but I think Bright Lights should have made the top 10.

El_Skeletto 10
still Kid A is probably the only album they've given a 10 to in the last ten years so i guess they had to pick it source tags and codes by ...trail of dead got a 10.0 and its not even in the top
biggie p 27
source tags and codes by ...trail of dead got a 10.0 and its not even in the top 20 well then, that's pretty odd. apparently only the reviewer thought it was a
ithoughtofcars 12
hey neon bible didn't make the cut I thought Neon Bible was more over rated then MPP.
weirdo ripper 10
yeah. actually funeral is the bigger surprise at number two. but i didn't really pay attention to these things when it released. p4k must have been part of the hype machine some people can't stand. chasedaway 10
Good list. I'm glad it wasn't based solely on the scores or previous rankings--it seems that all the editors went back and talked about which albums had truly held up over time. For example, Yankee Hotel Foxtrot (which got a 10.0 back in the day) was number 11 (!) on the '00-'04 list (which was just wrong), but they bumped it to number 4 on the decade list, which I think is far more appropriate. Good to see Spoon and Kill the Moonlight in the top 20. Same with Is This It and Funeral, though I'd switch Funeral with YHF, I think. But really, I'm not surprised Kid A is number one. It's tough to beat.
Trifle 25
On their list of the top 500 tracks of the 2000s, 'Idioteque' is number 8 and "Everything in Its Right Place" is 24. Haven't looked past top 50 yet though. Number 1 there is B.O.B by Outkast... http://pitchfork.com/features/staff-lists/7693-the-top-500-tracks-of-the-2000s-20-1/2/

Fat Pat 10
TOTBL - obstacle 1 is good idc about the rest KTM - merge rekkerds LR - gold digger is good SOS - this is the closest an album can come to an RSS feed ILL - dont care SS - dont care, seems to be well liked in OM so, MPP - ok stankonia - i think i wanked to southernplayalistic once. good singles. RBC - do ppl even like this band they're probably the most boring band unless you're 11 (like me) SC - legitamitely good album SILY - i only listen to the first song and the opening part of radio tb q h PP - i once made a character sketch review of this on rym (it was awful btw) i can remember that more clearly than this album AB - haven't heard but i can guess what it sounds like ISI - See Red Blood Cells, change age to 14 M&A - haven't heard TB - great singles, good album but not really his best imo YHF - awful Discovery - I write about my life on the internet. (it's ok) Funeral - See ISI, change age to 16 Kid A - See Funeral Edited October 2, 2009 by Fat Pat
