so planet telex is best as an opener but i like eiirp more

i had the wrestle with that decision too. had to go back and see how i decided it. eiirp won by a hair because it's a better song and an amazing opener but PT is a great ass opener.

Whoa burn the witch as first, interesting

Eiirp

Planet Telex

Packt

15 Step

2+2=5

Airbag

Bloom

BTW

You

Really all of those are fucking great songs, the first 6 could basically be in any order and the other 3 aren't far behind

The Tourist

Life in a Glasshouse

Wolf at the door

Separator

MPS

Blow Out

True love waits

Videotape

Street Spirit

A little bit easier for me, street spirit I've always thought is super overrated, it's like the inferior template to the Sad Radiohead Song

the fact that the first time songs they put out disappoint me coincides with the first time that they willingly release songs that they never thought they'd done right kinda makes me respect their decision-making process even more

Yeah I kinda feel this. This version of big boots we finally got just feels a bit hollow to me. And lift sounds like the demo that it is, pretty as it may be

yeah burn the witch was pretty low on my list

as a matter of fact i was trying to place amsp songs on my 13 track rh desert island list and i was really having a hard time placing any of them on there

sorry this is weird but has anyone been avoiding listening to radiohead since the news of rachel passing came out? ive always felt xtremely nostalgic whenever i listen to them but now its less i wanna be 16 again and more i want to die before i get hurt and psychotic

some songs like glass eyes are hard to listen to, but more cuz its a breakup song instead of a death song

but myxomatosis is about cattle diseases and i can rockout to that right now i guess

Yep I'd also be hard pressed to have any AMSP songs on a 13 track desert island list.

Amsp may not have too many "peaks" but it is so consistent I think

I think daydreaming might make my top 13 anyways

It's "epic"

i understand that feeling but 37.5% of that album is either bloom, separator or lotus flower and that's one of the highest percentages of top shelf songs in any rh album
