ive always thought of it as a great collection of songs rather than -an album- too.

sure yeah ill agree to this. Never did get how some ppl consider it radiohead's best even tho its great

But I also generally don't agree with those who say that certain bsides should be on certain albums. Sure I went through phases where I was in love with the amnesiac bsides but ultimately they just don't hold the same level of interest and staying power of the final cut songs, and I really do view amnesiac as a perfect album that I would not change anything about.

Ok computer has a little more wiggle room especially since some songs on okc are a bit boring and some songs on the airbag ep are more interesting and I can see the argument a bit more clearly

At least we aren't discussing the "finer points" of RHCP.  <_<

So to that, I say kudos OP.

I think you are off your rocker to suggest that OKC is "the worst sequenced Radiohead album" with Pabby Honey kicking around, which IS/WAS a RH album. I'm also thinking HTTT and tKoL are inferior in this regard - though their are some nice points in both along the way.

Maybe not the best (hello In Rainbows) but certainly not the worst.

is there any radiohead song more polarizing than fitter happier? I can't think of one.

Recently, Bloom definitely. Some people swear it's the best thing they've ever done, and a lot of older fans think it's absolute garbage.

And Helter Skelter, Pablo is NEVER accounted for, because it would just make these sort of threads too easy Anne Frankely, boring. PH would be the ultimate loser in every situation.

I can kind of understand the OP's point, but I disagree. I very much approve the existence of Fitter Happier, Electioneering is a jarring song that works well with Fitter Happier, and Climbing Up The Walls is Top 10 Radiohead material. The only thing I would change is the 3 slow songs in the end, by ditching Lucky in benefit of, well, anything else.

nothing like a good opinion thread to fire up GRT.

I agree, interesting threads are now few and far between. We need a new album to shake things up.

Has every one gone off Lucky? Not two years ago everyone seemed to think it was one of the best songs on OKC, I mean it came second in that song election a while back.

It's a great song, imo.

Back then I was the only one voting Lucky off at the first round.

Lol porn bot.

:colin:

Fair play, but it did happen.

If you bed a nasty fat chick with a slight overbite, zits the sizes of pepperoni's, body odor of the oyster variety, and an insatiable love for all things Mark Whalberg, when you were 16 - she still needs to be accounted for.

You trying to argue that sequencing would save Pablo honey?

Granted I don't think ph is that bad but the main problem is general quality not sequencing

No I was "arguing" the main point of the OP that OKC is the worst sequenced album.

I also knew that PH being considered anything "worst of RH" is almost implied at this point in the game, so i also brought up the fact that I believe HTTT and tKoL were sequenced worse-er than OKC.

Keep up, Rose.  :bottom:

The point is that an opinion isn't right. You probably know that, but you weren't offering anything to discuss either, you went into the thread trying to be controversial/ unconventional which over-scored your opinion.

Really? I thought all that was polarizing about Bloom was resolved with From the Basement. You have your studio version for the hardcore Kid Amnesiac minded of us, and you have your FTB version for the IR/HTTT/Pre-Kid A among us. Whichever camp you're in, and whichever version you prefer, it's bound to be on the of the best of the bunch. Or so I figured.
