WASTE tickets for Atoms for Peace

Recommended Posts

Belay that order... forgive me guys... Chicago tickets have NOT gone on sale yet but they do go on sale tomorrow (March 3rd) and I still don't know where to look for the "Buy Tickets" icon. I swear I wasn't trying anything tricky business stuff. For some reason I thought all the East Coastal and Mid Westerny tickets had been sold yesterday. In my brain's defense, I've really been overworking it lately which has caused it to be a bit on the melty side.

Once again. All Apologies.

And once again...

Does anyone know if the page to refresh where the "buy tickets" icon will appear is this one...

http://www.radiohead.com/tourdates/11apr_chicago.html

or is it this one...

Ok thanks guys! I had myself convinced that it was the "W.A.S.T.E. tickets" page in the store section... The page you guys suggested was actually the page I originally thought was the right one. I contacted someone who I've spoken with before at W.A.S.T.E. and I'll let you know what I find out. But re-reading the W.A.S.T.E. message it says: "Info for this and the general on sale can all be found here" and then links to the page you guys suggested. Kind of a "duh" moment. Thanks again though!

Ok so I reread that message and it sounds like that page is just for info. Plus someone on the Radiohead message board said it should be here:

http://thomyorketickets.waste.uk.com/Store/DisplayItems-2-0-0.html

Which actually makes more sense. I.e. it is where W.A.S.T.E. would presumably sell tickets. Under the tickets heading

I am SOOO CONFUSED!

If anyone who has actually won tickets already could let us know which page to refresh we'd really appreciate it!!!

just refresh it until the tickets go on sale. The changes will be MINOR, the only addition will be something like this at the bottom of the page, so make sure to look it carefully:

In all of the many years I have been going to Radiohead shows, I have NEVER been able to buy the tickets online. Somehow within that 2 second window of me reloading the page and hitting the "buy" button thousands of other people hit it before me. I've always had to pay $$$$ from other people to go to a show. :icon_indi

Anyone else have the same experience?

Maybe I'm fooling myself, but I don't think these will sell out quite as fast as a Radiohead show. The Aragon is a pretty large venue with general admission, it's on two nights, and it's Thom and Friends, not the big title band like Radiohead has become. I know they'll go quickly, probably within a few minutes of going up on WASTE, but I think all of us have a decent shot.

what time have Radiohead tickets gone on sale in the past? My ex who got them ONCE (we live in Los Angeles, BTW) said they have gone on sale at 3AM, 6AM, or even 7AM.

They generally go on sale in the morning. The Midwest (Indianapolis, Cleveland, etc) show tickets went on sale sometime between 7 and 9 AM back in 2008. I got Cleveland tix that I put on eBay and bought Indy tix from a guy here on GP.
