  1. I was listening to AMSP this weekend and thinking that if LP10 is more of the same, I'd be happy...
  2. Anyone found any info on when Thom's Suspiria soundtrack will be released?
  3. Can't help feeling that this current tour is their way of getting a feel for the direction of their next recording by dipping into the different styles from all their albums.
  4. Following the setlists they've been playing on this new round of dates has got me really excited. I feel like they're exploring various facets of their sound by playing songs live that they haven't played in a long time (e.g., 'Blow Out'). This will hopefully show them the direction they need to go in with LP10.
  5. Ah OK, so the recordings were picked up from wireless in-ear monitors?

  7. Yes, sorry! That was lazy posting... This video popped up this morning, as noted in a news item by Consequence of Sound: https://consequenceofsound.net/2018/06/radiohead-come-to-your-senses/ Seems like a snippet of this soundboard recording of this unreleased song was posted years ago, and now the guy who originally posted the snippet has posted the soundcheck soundboard recording in full. Which you listen to here:
  8. Enjoying the podcast, Sean. Looking forward to reading Brad Osborn's book.
  9. Based on the setlists that have appeared in the last couple of days, there's the following: Impossible Knots I Am A Very Rude Person Two Feet Off The Ground Not The News Traffic Twist The Axe (See here: https://www.instagram.com/p/BjXsBXjhctj/?hl=en&taken-at=395566173)
  10. Now that Thom's solo tour is about to start, will we see LP3 this year?! https://www.instagram.com/p/BjISYizBUd8/?taken-by=nigel_godrich
  11. My hope is that this tour is really just a continuation of them enjoying playing live over the last couple of years. After which they'll get down to writing and recording LP10. But who knows.
  12. Great read! Love the fact that Phil and Ed did this. Such nice guys.
  13. Fucking bastards. Was hoping they'd come back to Australia. But no. Fucking bastards.
  14. He's got some serious musos on board: Omar Hakim (drums) and Nathan East (bass). Plus, with Flood and Catherine Marks behind the boards, I imagine it'll be a big-sounding production. Looking forward to this!
  15. He's mates with Dave Okumu from The Invisible, so not that surprising he's got him on board playing second guitar.
  16. More talk about the new Ed guitar in a new interview with Esquire: http://www.esquire.com/entertainment/music/a13529349/radiohead-ed-obrien-interview/
  17. Looks like we might be waiting longer than expected for Ed's solo album (late 2018, early 2019). He talks about it in a new interview with Esquire: http://www.esquire.com/entertainment/music/a13529349/radiohead-ed-obrien-interview/
