  1. Well, since I got put on hold by the company by close to an hour I just hung out. So, I had to call again and sure enough, here is There There again. But, this is very interesting. There are no lyrics. It's just the instrumental BUT when Ed sings back up you can hear him. But, no Thom. Thought that was interesting.
  2. Alright, well I don't see Radiohead allowing their song to be played by this company as their "waiting" music. So, if Radiohead found out about this they could file a lawsuit, correct? Also, would Radiohead have to give the ok on it or could ASCAP give them the ok and it not be a problem? How much money would it cost to be allowed to play artist music?
  3. I guess it could have been a live version. But, yeah I don't know why it would've been a different version.
  4. So, I have this recording software on my computer called M-Audio. Good stuff, kind of. Well, I had to call because all of the pre-set fx's went away for absolutely no reason. So, I call and get put on hold (naturally) and during the time I'm on hold they play There There by Radiohead. The HTTT version. Just thought this was kind of weird. Do they have to buy any rights for music they play while putting people on hold or can they play whatever the hell they want?
  5. Yeah, got the same one. I agree, definitely not the greatest version. I mean, the quality is good, but the performance is not too great. I was hoping for Talk Show Hosts or Optimistic cause those songs were crazy good this year.
  6. I was in the pit and saw ya'lls sign. Congrats on the 10th anniversary (even if it is a bit of a late congrats)! I saw Thom acknowledge you with the sign. Told you congratulations but they weren't playing the song. A bit later the sign was still up and he said, "Put the sign down and keep it down." I thought it was a bit harsh but I understand why he wanted it down. Because, like you said, it would block the view from people behind you. Incredible show from start to finish. I had only seen them once before and that was at Bonnaroo.
  7. I was at the Atlanta show and man they were really bad. Does the drummer know any other beat? Good God he played the same thing for each song and they were just....well they were just bad. The singer....haha wow...terrible. I mean, congrats to them for being able to open up for Radiohead that'd be awesome, but Jesus come on...bad band.
  8. WOOOOOOOO got them today at 10:45! So fuckin excited.
  9. Hell yeah, I was there too! One of the greatest nights of my life. I really hope this comes out on DVD soon.
  10. I like knowing that you only came here to say something like that. The only reason I'm asking is because I don't want my tickets to not show up. They didn't specify where to confirm my address and I haven't a clue as this is my first time dealing with w.a.s.t.e. I sent them an email just confirming it but seeing as probably most of the people on here have dealt with them more than I have I thought they might know something I don't. But, by all means, continue being an asshole and continue supporting a football team that sucks really bad. I'm just glad I know not all Radiohead fans are like you.
  11. Thanks, I just received an email telling me to confirm my delivery address because it said it was incorrect. Do I just send them an email telling them my address or how do I go about confirming it? Thank ya'll so much.
  12. After pestering them about not sending me my confirmation where I would be seated for the ATL show, I'm a little worried they might be late on sending my tickets or not do it at all (I highly doubt that though). So, has anyone else received their tickets from w.a.s.t.e in the mail? They told me it would be about 2 weeks and that was about 3 weeks ago. This is my first time dealing with w.a.s.t.e and like I said earlier, they didn't send me a confirmation until i sent them about 3 emails telling them I hadn't received it and I'm just worried they are going to do the same with my tickets. Thanks.
  13. Well, I called them twice but no answer. But, about a minute or two after I hung up I checked my email and there was an email from them telling me I would be in standing pit. So, it all worked out I guess. Thank you to everyone who helped though, I really do appreciate it!
  14. Really? That's all you had to add to this thread? Sad To everyone else, I really do appreciate it. I'm about to call right now and find out what the situation is. After I talk to them I'll get back and let you all know how it went. Again, thank you so much for the help!
